The Federation EIL is the global not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to supporting the world youth, student and educational industry.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by our web site Terms and conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Any information or data which you transmit to or by using federationeil.org is done at your own risk and Federation EIL won’t be responsible or liable for any damage that may result from transmitting such information.
If any jurisdiction doesn’t allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Miscellaneous
These conditions and any and all documents referred to herein form the entire agreement between you and Federation EIL with respect to the use of federationeil.org. If any term in these conditions is determined by a court to be illegal, invalid or in any way unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Recipients of emails from Federation EIL should check the email and any attachment for the presence of viruses. The company accepts no liability for any damage caused by any viruses transmitted by email.
7. Jurisdiction and governing law
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. As federationeil.org can be accessed from other places around the world with different laws from those in the Netherlands, when you access federationeil.org you agree that the laws of the Netherlands will apply to all matters relating to your use of federationeil.org. You and Federation EIL also agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, with respect to such matters.
