Federation EIL (FEIL) is a global network of international exchange organizations that share a common mission, vision and educational goals. Federation EIL members are  non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organizations. Federation EIL is self-governed by its membership, and meets annually at a General Assembly.

A small Executive Board is elected every three years to facilitate Federation EIL business and guide strategic planning initiatives. Current Executive Board members include:

• Carola Flor – Vice-President – EIL Ecuador (Ecuador)
• Hiro Suzuki – Vice-President EIL Japan (Japan)
